Main ingredients

Sulfonated phenolic resin (SMP) for drilling fluid is a kind of colloid product obtained by multiple polymerization and sulfonation of phenol, formaldehyde, sulfonation agent and other raw materials under certain conditions, and then powder sulfonated product obtained by spray drying.

Nature and Use

This product is a free flowing powder, with a 10% aqueous solution color of brown. It is a temperature resistant and salt resistant filtrate reducer for drilling fluids.

3. Anti collapse and anti jamming play an important role in consolidating the wellbore wall;

Usage

Just mix it directly into the drilling fluid.

Recommended dosage: 0.5% -1.5%.
