Main ingredients

Brown coal resin (SPNH) used in drilling fluid is a copolymer of nitrohumic acid, sulfonylphenol formaldehyde resin, and other substances.

Nature and Use

This product is a black brown free flowing powder and particles. It is a multifunctional and versatile drilling fluid treatment agent. It is suitable for various drilling fluid systems and has a significant effect on reducing water loss. At the same time, it can partially reduce viscosity and also serve as a viscosity reducer.

1. It has functions such as high temperature resistance, salt resistance, water loss reduction, collapse prevention, lubrication, etc;
2. Can form thin and tough mud cakes on the wellbore, providing good lubrication and maintaining good rheological properties;
3. Can be used in deep wells with high formation temperatures, with a high temperature resistance of up to 180 ℃;
4. Non toxic, non polluting to the environment.

Usage

Just mix it directly into the drilling fluid.

Recommended dosage: 2% -4%.
