Ester based water-based lubricants for drilling fluids are lubricants made from vegetable oil and synthetic hydrocarbons, and processed through special production processes to produce an efficient lubricant that can truly dissolve in water.
Nature and Use
The product is a uniform and flowable liquid, effectively reducing the friction between the drill pipe and the wellbore, drill pipe and casing, and drill pipe and mud during the drilling process. Especially suitable for lubrication in horizontal wells, large displacement wells, window wells, and some difficult wells.

Product features
1. Quickly reduce the friction between the drill bit, drilling tools, and the formation, resulting in a significant decrease in the torque of the rotary table.
2. It has good water cooling properties and has little impact on the viscosity and other properties of drilling fluid.
Usage
Just mix it directly into the drilling fluid. Recommended dosage: 1.0% -2.0%.
